Admin accounts
One person in an organization that subscribes to RiskTree will be provided with an admin account – they will also be the subscription key owner. The admin functions are accessed through the My Account menu on the black toolbar. Select the Account details for «user» option, which will open the My Account page.
You will have an additional tab on the tab-bar, for Subscription usage:
The main table lists all of the accounts associated with your subscription key. The columns show:
- Usernames: those in bold have full, active accounts
- Enabled?: if ticked, the account can be used
- Account type: shows labels for different types of account
- Account state: shows whether an account is active or not
- Created: the start date for the account
- Last login: the last date that the account was used to log in to RiskTree
- Uses: the number of times the account has run the RiskTree calculation engine
- Actions: shows icons that allow actions to be taken on the account
Below the table, there can be buttons allowing you to create new accounts, subject to the maximum number permitted by your subscription key. The button lets you create a new full user account. The button lets you create a new Viewer account.
To the right, you will have a pair of charts. The pie chart shows the proportion of account usage by user, and the bar chart shows the usage over the past 12 months.
